1. To add guarantor information, click on the Guarantor tab, the Guarantor screen will appear as shown below.
2. If the Guarantor Information is same as the patient, select the Same as Patient option, the address and other required details will automatically be updated.
3. If the Guarantor is an Organization, select the Organization option and enter the name of the Organization in the box.
4. To search for a Guarantor, click the search button; in the Search Guarantor box that appears, type the name of the Guarantor and click the Search button. From the list that appears, choose the Guarantor. The Guarantor Information details and Contact Information details for the selected Guarantor will automatically be updated.
5. Click the Save button.
