1. To add any additional information related to a patient, select the patient from the Patient Search page.
2. Click on the Other Attributes tab, the Other Attributes screen will appear as shown below.
3. You can add the following information on this screen.
|In this area, you can enter the following details:
|To enter details of the patient’s preferred Pharmacy, click on the search button; from the Pharmacy List that appears, choose the preferred Pharmacy.
To enter the details of the patient’s preferred Lab, click on the search button; from the Lab List that appears, choose the preferred Lab.
To enter the details of the patient’s preferred Radiology, click on the search button; from the Radiology List that appears, choose the preferred Radiology.
|Preferred means to contact for routine matters|
|Choose the Priority One and Two options i.e. HOME PHONE, WORK PHONE, CELL PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, FAX etc.|
|Priority of Communication|
|Enter the priority of communication details here, choose the First Reminder and Second Reminder options.|
|Emergency Contact Information|
|Enter the Name, Relationship and Phone number for the person to contact in case of emergency.|
|In this area you can set the options related to Statements.|
|Enter the Referral Source information here.|
|Select the Authorization information to be displayed and Accept Assignment options.|
4. After entering the required information, click the Save button.
