1. Login to PracticeSuite, from the menu on the left, choose->EMR->Clinical Desktop. Click the Patient tab to open the Patient Search page. Type the name of the patient; the patients list will be displayed below. Double click on the name of the patient from the list to open the patient’s Facesheet. Here, you can add, review or modify the various elements of the patient’s information.

2. To add a patient problem, click the + button on the Problem List. In the box that appears, enter the Diagnosis, Status and Date and then click theSave button.

3. To modify a patient problem, click on a particular patient problem from the Problem List, or click the [ ] button on the Problem List and in the box that appears, make the necessary modifications and click the Save button.

4. To retrieve the patient Problem List, click on the Maximize view button [ ] on the Problem List.

5. To retrieve the patient Problem history, click on the Maximize view button [ ] on the Problem List.
