Web Appointment Request Report provides information on the appointments requested through the Patient Portal application (a website that enables the patients to view their clinical information, book appointments, etc.). In order to generate the report, the practice should have Patient Portal enabled.
1. The report lists all the patients who have requested appointments through the portal. The report also displays request status and system status of appointments which can be used to analyze pitfalls in patient portal communication with the practice.
