Appointment Reminder Report is used to find out the appointments for which reminders are set. The report gives detailed information on the appointments with the provider name and phone number, reminder information and patient contact information. The column Reminder Sent date will help in verifying whether reminders were sent.
The report can be searched with the Appointment Date range. Image 1 is a sample search screen.
Provide the Date parameter and click on Search button to generate the report. Image 2 is a sample result.
