It is very important to update notes pertaining to a patient for the billing and record use. Following are the steps explaining how to add notes for a patient.
Invoke Patient Menu to enable patient search where a patient can be searched.
Select the Patient and click on the Notes button from the patient demographic page.
When the Notes button is invoked, the Notes window pops up where New notes can be added.
Type the required note to the text box and then click the Save button to save this note. The saved notes will be listed as Patient Activity.
|The added Patient Note will display under the Line Activity tab in Charge Master also.|
|Under the Notes page in Patient Master user can view all activities related to Case, Encounter, Line, Patient or All by selecting the Activity Level from the combo box.|
