Go to Clinical Desktop from the main menu and select the patient from the Pending Charts list. From the EMR window choose the FOR_REVIEW from the extreme right corner and click on Save.
There are basically two scenarios when we can start charting:- Charting for a patient with an Appointment Charting for a Walk in patient (without Appointment)
Go to Clinical Desktop and choose Patient tab. Search and select the patient from the list. From the EMR widow, click on Visit Hx to view history for all charts for a patient.
