Columns on the scheduler are driven from Provider screen. To have an additional column on the scheduler an additional provider needs to be added. Contact support for adding providers.

We cannot default the DOS.However we can manually change the date of appointment and if there is a copy last charge once we click on it the current date auto populates.

Email information is required for both text and email reminders so that the reminders goes out from that email.
How to add additional lookup values such as Account Types, Referral Sources, Schedule Types, Adjustment Reason Codes, Payment Types etc.
Go to Advanced Setup from the main menu and choose Claim Lookups. The Claim Lookup screen will be shown as below. Select the Lookup Type as ADJUSTMENT_REASON_CODE. Add all other required fields and click on Save. To add Payment Type, select the Lookup Type as PAYMENT_TYPE.
To schedule when to auto run batch eligibility go to Setup from the main menu and choose Practice. From the Practice screen select the Setup Practice Options button from the top right. Choose Eligibility option from the screen that follows. Enter the number of days to Verify Eligibility for Appointment and click on Save.
