Steps
1. From the Left menu tree select Measure Calculation Report under EMR.

2. In order to record the Stage 1 & 2 measures for criteria# 13 – Lab Result Incorporate in the Measure Calculation Report.

3. Select the Connect to Lab menu under EMR.

4. Under the Connect tab, Enter the Retrieve date range and Lab then click on the Retrieve button to fetch the labs.

5. Now go to the Matched/Unmatched tabs according to the fetched records.

6. From the listed lab results click on the Process button to incorporate that lab to the patient EMR.

7. This is recorded in the Measure Calculation Report for Criteria# 13.

Note: In this Criteria it’s only counting the lab results of the patients having at least one EMR chart within the reporting period.
