Pop-up Blocker needs to be ‘Turned Off’ in the internet browsers for the comprehensive use of Practicesuite. Also, check to ensure that no third party software (such as the Google Toolbar) is interfering its normal operations.

Safari Pop-up blocker settings

Safari has no built-in exceptions function, so the pop-up blocker must be either on or off. There are two ways to turn the blocker off:

Select the Safari menu at the top of the screen. Uncheck the “Block Pop-Up Windows” option on the drop-down menu.

Select the Safari menu at the top of the screen. Select Preferences… option. Select the Security tab, and uncheck the “Block pop-up windows” option.
