1. To view HL7 CCD formatted patient summary record in human readable format when received from an external source:
From the Practicesuite main menu, click on EMR>Inbound CCD. From the page that appears, click on the Browse button to select the CCD file received from the external source. Click the Process button to display the HL7 CCD Summary document in human readable format.
2. To view ASTM CCR formatted patient summary record in human readable format when received from an external source.) From the Practicesuite main menu, click on EMR>Inbound CCR. From the page that appears, click on the Browse button to select the CCR file received from the external source. Click the Process button to display the CCR in human readable format.
► Go to the Clinical Desktop and from the Pending Charts section, open the chart of Green, Boris. Select Clinical Measures listed under OTHERS in the menu on the left. Select the APPROPRIATE REFERRAL SUMMARY PROVIDED item and enter YES option
