Search Filters of H11 Report
Choose the Specialty, Legal Entity, Provider, Type Of Service (New Patient/Established Patient), year on which Medicare data is based, Report Type (Units/Payments), and the Date Of Service range.

| Type of Service | Choose either New or Established patient. |
