PracticeSuite gives you the flexibility to customize the Scheduler to suit your needs and requirements.
1. Click on Master Setup and choose Scheduler Options, a list of all the Legal Entities of the Practice will be displayed as shown below.
2. From the Legal Entities list that appears, click on the Edit button next to the Legal Entity for which you wish to change the options.
3. In the View Calendar area, choose the type of appointments that should be displayed in the scheduler.
4. To change the Appointment time delta i.e (minimum consultation time), click in the Time Delta box and choose the appropriate time delta from the list.
5. Click the Save button to update the change to the Scheduler. Next time you open the Scheduler to view appointments, the appointment time delta will be changed to 15/30/60 minutes as you had selected.
