How to check if the Enrollment is required for a particular form?

Log on to the Emdeon web site: http://www.emdeon.com/

Click on “Payer List” and choose “Medical / Hospital / Dental Payers“.

On the new window that appears “Claims Payer List“. On the “Payer Type” drop down select the desired option from the list, on the “Line Of Business” drop down select “Medical”, on the “Services” drop down select the desired option from the list and on the “State (Govt. payers only)” drop down select the desired state from the list or leave it as “All“. In the Payer Name box you may type in the name of a payer (AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, HUMANA, MEDICAID, MEDICARE, UHC)

Click on the “View List” button.
