1. Go to Advanced Setup ->Billing Options.
2. Click on the 
button from the bottom of this screen.
3. Click on the 
button from the Setup Superbill screen to create a new superbill.
4. Enter the Name, Type, Font Name, Font Size, No. of rows in a page and Heading. Also choose from further options such as Include Footer, Include Mod/ Fe, Include Gem and Set As Default Superbill. Choose any one of the options mentioned below:
- Create my ICD-10 Superbill from top 50 ICD-9 Codes Crosswalked to ICD-10 and CPT.
- Create my ICD-10 Superbill from my favourite ICD-9 and CPT.
- Create my Gem Superbill from my favourite ICD-9 and CPT.
- Create a blank Superbill so that I can add the ICD and CPT later.
5. Click on Save after entering the details.
