No. Phone call reminders are not available for appointment reminders.
Why is the email information required for both text and email reminders?
Email information is required for both text and email reminders so that the reminders go out from that email.
How do I set up email or text mode for Appt. Reminders?
You can set up appointment reminders from Advanced Setup -> Notifications.
You can send email reminders using any of the 2 methods below
A. Using PracticeSuite’s default email credentials
B. Using the account’s custom email credentials.
To add or edit an email reminder configuration, select the E-Mail tab in the Notifications screen, and for SMS reminders, select the Text Message/SMS tab. To learn more, click here.
