Description
This was earlier named Uncharted Visits by Provider Report and is a reconciliation of EHR charts against superbills created. It shows the chart creation details, superbill creation date and appointment details in the specified Appt. date/DOS range.
Significance
K1 report will display all charts in the specified date range, whether superbills are created or not.
Search Filters of K1 Report
| Field | Description |
| Appt.Date/DOS | Provide the date range |
| Legal Entity | Select an LE to filter results for that LE |
| Provider | Select a provider to view the results specific to the provider |
| Results per page | Choose either ALL, 10, 25, 50, 100, or 500 |
