Marking Appointments as Missed in the Scheduler
If a patient fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, the appointment should be marked as ‘Missed’ in the system. The following steps explain how to mark an appointment as missed from the Scheduler.
1. Select the Scheduler module from the main menu to open the Appointment Scheduler screen. Image 1 is a sample screenshot of the scheduler screen.
2. Click on the appointment time slot for which the patient did not turn up. The Schedule screen opens in a new window.
3. From the Schedule Status drop-down, select MISSED and click on Save.
