If a patient does not appear for an appointment in the time slot allotted for him, the appointment should be marked as ‘Missed’. Succeeding lines explain how to mark missed appointments in the scheduler.
1. Select the Scheduler module from the main menu.
This will open up the Appointment Scheduler screen. The following screen shot displays the appointments for the month of July, 2019.
2. Click on the appointment time slot for which the patient did not turn up.
The Schedule screen opens in a new window.
3. From the Schedule Status drop down, select MISSED and click on Save.
