Marking a Patient as ‘Checked-In’ in the Scheduler
To update a patient’s appointment status to ‘CHECKED-IN’ within the scheduler, follow the steps outlined below.
1. Select Scheduler from the main menu to open the Scheduler calendar.
2. Click on the patient in the appointment time slot.
3. On the Schedule screen that opens up, change the Schedule Status to CHECKED_IN (as highlighted in Image 2).
4. Click on Save when you are done. The schedule color is automatically changed to reflect the CHECKED-IN status.
