In order to mark a patient as ‘CHECKED-IN’ in the scheduler, succeeding steps are to be followed.

1. Select Scheduler from the main menu to open the appointment Scheduler screen.

2.  Click on the patient in the appointment time slot.

3. On the Schedule screen that opens up, change the Schedule Status to CHECKED_IN (as highlighted in Image 2).

4. Click on Save when you are done. The schedule color is automatically changed to reflect the CHECKED-IN status.
