- **Formatting Requirements**: The client must format and supply the file according to the specified guidelines for import into the software.
- **Company Disclaimer**: PracticeSuite disclaims any responsibility for the data’s accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Accuracy Disclaimer: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data imported. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data.
Liability Disclaimer: In no event shall PracticeSuite be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the data imported, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Compliance Disclaimer: Users are responsible for ensuring that the data imported complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Data Ownership Disclaimer: All data imported remains the property of the original data owner. PracticeSuite does not claim ownership of any imported data.
Limitation of Use Disclaimer: The data imported may only be used for the purposes specified in this policy and per our terms of service.
Indemnification Disclaimer: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PracticeSuite from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of imported data.
PracticeSuite does not offer any ready-to-use seeded data. It is the client’s responsibility to provide all the data for import. For the import of data into the software, the client must acknowledge and accept the data import policy and agree to provide the relevant data in the required format. This policy applies to all types of data imports, including but not limited to those listed below.

- Procedures/Fee Schedule
- ICDs and Favorite Diagnoses Lists
- Insurance List
- Patient Demographics
- Service Locations/Facility Data
- Clinical/Lab Data/CCDs
- Any other type of data not listed above
