It is not possible to physically delete a patient record. However, the patient can be deactivated by unchecking the box for Active in Patient Demographic page and saving it.
To deactivate a patient, go to Patient from the main menu and search and select the patient from the screen.
Uncheck the box named Active from the Patient Demographics page.
