Go to Advanced Setup from the main menu and choose Claim Lookups.
To add a new look up value, when the Search Claims Lookups screen opens, click on the 
button on the top right corner.
Select the Lookup Type. Click on the flutter icon (3-dot button beside ‘Type’ field) to list all available Claim lookup Types. Select the required type and fill in other fields:
Code, Code Description, Value, Value Description. Finally click on Save.
