Here are the steps patients have to follow to complete the survey at the patient portal.
1. Log in to the patient portal using patient login credentials.
2. If there is a survey pending for the patient, a pop-up alert will be shown on the portal home page, as shown in Image 1.
3. The Patient can enter his/her feedback by clicking on the “COMPLETE THE SURVEY” button, which will open up the survey form.
4. Upon completing the survey, an acknowledgment pop-up will be displayed to the patient to publish his/her review in Social Media (see Image 2).
5. Reviews section lists all the Reviews submitted by this patient (refer to Image 3).
6. The system provides options to share the patient review in Social Media from the review page as well.
7. To publish the review, click on the appropriate Social Media icon, which will open the respective social media site. The reviews are automatically copied to the clipboard so that users can paste into relevant pages of social media (see Image 4).
