Print/Rebill screen can be used to view the current line status of a claim and any previous claim or line activity. In order to view the claim details, follow the below-given steps.
1. From the Print/Re-Bill screen pull up the claims using the search options available. In Image 1, claims are searched for by using patient Last Name and First Name to retrieve the claims pertaining to a single patient.
2. From the search results, click on the + icon (highlighted in Image 1) corresponding to a claim to view the Current Line Status of that claim.
3. Click on the Line Activity icon (indicated by an arrow mark in Image 2) to view the Line Activity details. See Image 3.
