This might be due to mismatch in Java version. The customer may have Java 6 on his/ her system which may not be fully compatible with PS applications.

The customer can confirm Add/ Remove the Java version on the system by going into the Control Panel Programs (or Programs and Features if Vista/ Windows 7) and go through the list & look for Java (TM). If it reads a higher version than Java 5 like Java (TM) 6, please uninstall Java 6 and install Java 5 from the link given below:
