Description
The Custom Visit Summary report is a special report that can be generated for each encounter for patients seen within a specific time span.
How to Generate a Custom Visit Summary Report
The K3 Patient Clinical Analysis Report allows generation of Custom Visit Summary Report. A 
icon is available within the K3 report, and selecting it generates a PDF for each patient encounter.
Information Provided in the Report
Patient Demographics: Name, DOB, Age, Gender, Location
Documentation Demographics: Provider, DOS, Encounter Sheet Type, Canned Sheet Type
All items whose level 1 has the #@REPORT_TAG#@ in the BeginText field.
If letters are part of the custom visit summary report, they will appear with the status “Created and Sent.”
Custom Visit Summary Report Setup
To populate a patient’s chart information in the custom visit summary report, the required Level 1 should have the tag #@REPORT_TAG#@ in the Begin Text field.
