GAD-7 Setup
It is to be noted that this set up works only for Classic version.
Select an encounter sheet and Create a Level-1 component for GAD-7.
Provide Loinc Code: 69737-5 for the Level-1 component.
Create Level-2 components for each query. The corresponding Loinc Codes should be as shown below.
