GAD-7 Setup
It is to be noted that this setup works only for Classic version. Select an encounter sheet and create a Level-1 component for GAD-7. Provide LOINC code 69737-5 for the Level-1 component. Create Level-2 components for each query. The corresponding LOINC codes should be as shown below.
