| Acct. Date | Provide the date range for the accounting date |
| Payer Type | Choose a payer type to filter results specific to the payer type. |
| View by Payer Type/Payer | Payer Type: shows distribution grouped by payer types
Payer: shows distribution for all the payers |
| Legal Entity | Select an LE to view results specific to the LE |
| Provider | Select a provider to view the report specific to the provider |
| Service Location | To view results specific to a specific location |
| Sort By | Options are: Payer type, LE, provider, and payer |
