Significance
Direct Export to Excel option provided.
Utility
1. K4 report can be used to obtain a list of all patients whose lab results are not yet ready.
2. It can be used to find out the status of all lab orders sent from the Practice.
3. It can be used to analyze the delay reasons for orders not obtained.
