Kiosk enables patient or the front office desk to complete the pre registration form prior to appointment time with the clinicians.

1. Click on Register highlighted in the Image above.

2. Enter the patient demographics marked in ‘*’ and click on ‘Save’ option icon to complete the preregistration(Kiosk) form.


Appointments cannot be done from kiosk. For appointments, patient will have to contact front office desk at clinic.

a. Once the patient demographics is saved in PracticeSuite, patient portal access can be granted to patient for an online schedule appointment.

b. Patient can also visit provider website to schedule an appointment if the Portal address is integrated to the Clinic official website.
