About Security Preference Page
This page can be used to set up general security preferences for the practice. The configuration on this page is valid to all users in the practice and includes parameters such as the password expiration time for the users, the maximum number of invalid logins allowed, permitted IP addresses for system access, etc.

| Security PIN | Users may have to provide this PIN to PracticeSuite support staff for added security. Click on View button to view the PIN. The PIN can be set up by an admin user. |
| Inactivity Time Limit Threshold before system auto-signs off | Select a time from the drop-down (Range: 1 min to 5hrs) |
| Password expiration days | Number of days after which the password will expire |
| Maximum invalid Logins allowed | The number of failed login attempts permitted |
| Previous password reuse Limit | Limit the number of times previous passwords can be reused |
| 2Factor Authentication Suspension grace period | Maximum number of days the users can defer the authentication setup |
| Practice Allowed IPs/IP Range | Enter a single IP or multiple IPs separated by commas. For a range of IPs provide it in the format as in 192.168.0.1/100. This will permit all IPs from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.100 |
| Password strength Mask | Set the count of alphabet, numerals, capital letters and special characters to be mandatorily included in the password |
