Customization of TeleMed Notification
This article outlines the steps to customize the SMS and email TeleMed invitations sent to patients.
Steps
1. Navigate to Advanced Setup->Letter Master.
2. Click on the on the top-right part of the screen to create the new template.
3. Provide the letter name as SMS_TELEMED for the message alert (EMAIL_TELEMED for the mail invite).
4. Type in the letter body with appropriate tags.
5. Save the letter.
6. The next time a provider invites a patient via the TeleMed icon, the customized alert will be sent.

7. If the practice does not follow the above steps of customization, the default SMS/email format given below will be used to send the alerts.
