Part – 1 Enhancements
Elation – Unidirectional Patient Status Sync
Patient status sync has been enabled from Elation. Note that the sync is one-way and flows from Elation to PracticeSuite.
When a patient’s status is updated in Elation, it syncs with PracticeSuite updating the patient record as either active/inactive or deceased. Following are the statuses that the patients can have.
Patient Status Sent From Elation | Mapping in PracticeSuite |
Active | Active record (checkbox will have the check to indicate the patient is active) |
Inactive | Inactive record (checkbox will be blank to indicate the patient is inactive) |
Prospect | Inactive record (checkbox will be blank to indicate the patient is inactive) |
Deceased | Active record but adds the date of death for the patient |
