Click on the time slot of the appointment to be cancelled. The schedule information screen opens up. From the Canceled By box at the bottom of the screen, select Patient/provider/Clinic. Click on button. This cancels the appointment, leaving the designated time slot vacant.
To change the time delta, go to Scheduler and click on the icon from the top right of the screen. Choose the Scheduler Options from the menu shown. Choose the Default Delta Time and click on Save.
Columns in the scheduler are driven from Provider screen. To have an additional column on the scheduler an additional provider needs to be added. Contact support for adding providers.
Yes. Move the mouse pointer towards the extreme right/ left corner of a particular appointment and click on it. Now, drag and move it to the required slot. A confirmation message appears which says that the appointment has been rescheduled successfully.

1. To wait list an appointment for a time slot for which an appointment has already been made, click on the same time slot. When the Schedule Information page appears with the details of the appointment, click in the Overbook Check box to select it. The appointment gets waitlisted. To know more, click here.
