Reset Password

To reset the password for a HIPAA Office account, click on Can’t access your account? option from the Sign In page.

A pop up will be shown which has two options; one to Reset the Password and the other to Recover the Privacy Code.

If the password is to be reset, then select Reset Password and then enter the Cell Phone Number that was used as the username for signing up/ signing in.

Click on the  button. A new password will be now sent to the email ID with which was given while signing up the HIPAA Office account.

Open the Inbox of the registered email address to find the mail from HIPAA Office that contains the new password.

Use this password to access the account. It is also possible to change this newly reset password from the User Settings option after logging in.

Recover Privacy Code

To recover the Privacy Code, click on Can’t access your account? option from the Sign In page.

Select the option to Recover Privacy Code and enter the Cell Phone Number that was used as the username while signing up/ signing in.

Click on  option. The Privacy Code that was given during the Sign Up process will be sent to the email address that was also given while signing up.

Open the Inbox of the registered email address to find an email from HIPAA Office regarding Privacy Code recovery.

Open the mail to find the Privacy Code for the account and use it to access the same.
