1. Login to Practicesuite, from the menu on the left, choose-> EMR -> Clinical Desktop. Click the Patient tab to open the Patient Search page. Search for the patient and click on the name of the patient from the list to open the chart.
2. Select the required Sheet and click on the New Consultation Chart button on the top to start charting.
2. From the menu on the left, select Vitals listed under Objective. The options for entering the vitals will appear on the right. Select the Height option and enter the height in inches. Similarly select the Weight option and enter the weight in pounds. Click the Save as button to save the chart.
3. Click on Specialty tab and select Growth Charts, choose the Weight for Age graph. The graph will be plotted and displayed. To view the Height for age click on the Stature for age option. Click on the close button to close the chart.
